Can my Sony LCD camera get repaired if it got wet?

HI I have a Sony touch screen LCD camera and it got wet.I can retrieve the pictures on my camera but the colors aren't as vibrant but i cannot take any new ones because the screen is black. I was wondering if it could be fixed? Is it worth it if so?

1. with it being a sony i would think so as they are so well made
2. Get in contact with Sony and ask them, give them an email or something. If that fails, sometimes these company's charge a ridiculous amount for repairs your sometimes better just buying a new camera so check before hand how much it will cost you, or pop into your local Jessops, try their website and maybe an email as well, because they sometimes do repairs, depending on how complex the problem is. 3. Unless you have additional insurance on your camera, it will probably cost more or close to what the camera is worth. You will need to send it to Sony or take it to another 3rd party camera shop to receive a quote, be make sure they don't charge just for a quote should you decide not to have it repaired. Depending on how much the camera cost is worth, it may also be checking to see if it is covered under the house insurance.
