94 Altima GXE, battery and brake lights turned on at higher engine rev(at 80 miles per hour, or 4K on ilde), can someone tell me why?

If you have the original alternator on your car and over 130,000 miles, then your alternator brushes are likely worn out and you should drive in to an auto parts store to have a battery and charging system check.
