Video Camera Lights

I am looking for suggestions of a decent HD harddrive camcorder that is compatible with my laptop?

I'm specifically looking for a user friendly, hard drive camcorder that has a decent built-in mic, decent low light video capabilities, and allows me to create DVDs on my computer with relative ease. This camera will be used for recording family historical records and events.
